If its anything like the last FF's it won't be worth the wait. Mass Effect has raised the bar for these type of rpgs and FF seems stuck in the past now.
Theres hardly any difference. The 360 version is slightly better but its so small unless your really looking you won't see the difference.

Yeah out of the two ( wake /Rain) im more looking forward to Heavy Rain. Wake is second but i have a soft spot for chicks in games.

I agree with Jill Valentine. Although COD4 looked amazing it was just another standard shooter. There was a set way to do the levels and it was basically a check point run, (second play through i skipped half a level just by running point to point, should'nt happen) Mutiple spawning enemies ( icounted 25 coming out of one little shack), grenades spawning behind you on Hard setting when there was nothing there etc.
Cod is great first time through but multiple plays shows just how basic ...
Doubt Killzone will, more likely LBP and Heavy rain.
I doubt it will change anything. It looks great and no doubt be a great shooter but it looks to be more in the COD mould than Halo. By that i mean a graphically stunning showpiece with set pieces and triggered events rather than a fps that allows for free thinking and multiple solutions to reach point a-b.
Yes it will be great but it will just be another shooter at the end of the day.
Games like LBP and Heavy Rain are more likely the ones to push the Ps3 to its full potential.
Considering both are not out yet how can you possibly know.
Alan Wake is like Heavy rain a story led action game. Whilst heavy rain has set enviorments, multiple scripted events Wake is open world with set points.
Both though aiming for similar markets are very different. Both as this stage look good.

These numbers are from Nintendo? How do they know how much Sony and microsoft sold? And there are not any official figures for Europe.
The only number Nintendo surely know is how many they sold.
This looks great. This and Alan Wake are the kind of games i want to be playing. Games with good stories and characters.

I have to say although i spend more time on my xbox than ps3 this looks fantastic and once it gets loaded into my ps3 the 360 will remain untouched for a while.. Just my type of game. This rises to the top of my most wanted next year followed by Alan Wake. Damn this is going to be good.

Can't belive that rated this lower than checkpoint run COD4.
They gave COD4 a ten. COD4 looked great but was just a check point run leaving little room for improvisation in gameplay. Anyone who's played Halo or Farcry will get what im taking about.. Can't belive they rated that higer than resistance.

Well at a recent pole of games shown in Japan more were excited by Last Remnant on xbox than White Knight Story so i guess both consoles will do well. The stories on here somewhere before you ask for links.
Ive lost interest in FF. The last few i didn't think to be that good and Mass Effect has up the anti in rpgs of this nature, it makes FF seem stuck in the past.
I might be wrong but judging by what ive seen and how long the damn thing is taking i won't hold my breath.
Sold bout three quarters of a million so yeah pretty much. Though thats good sales for a ps3 its very poor for on xbox.
